Refund Policy

At ACE Volleyball Academy, we are committed to providing quality training and development opportunities for every athlete. Due to the time, facility reservations, and scheduling commitments required to provide our services, all sales are generally considered final.

Single-session cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled training time may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, no-shows, or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Training packages are non-refundable once purchased; however, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package validity period when proper notice is provided. Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If ACE Volleyball Academy cancels a session and a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, clients will receive a credit or refund for the affected session. By purchasing any service, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
