Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services offered by ACE Volleyball Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment is required prior to scheduled training sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. Session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except in circumstances approved by management. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed sessions or cancellations made without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. ACE Volleyball Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, coaching assignments, pricing, policies, or services at any time. Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward coaches, staff, facilities, and other athletes. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from training without refund. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
